In compliance with current legislation, www.curasol.de (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, according to the appropriate security level for the risk of the data collected.

In compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by www.curasol.de through the forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our files in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments established between www.curasol.de and the User, or to maintain the relationship established in the forms that the User fills out, or to respond to a request or query from the User.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. www.curasol.de undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

- Legitimation: The User’s consent when requesting information through our contact form and by ticking the acceptance box.
- Storage period: Until your request has been resolved through our form or answered by email, if it has not generated further processing.
- Purpose: To process requests for accommodation reservations at our establishment.
- Legitimation: The User’s consent by providing their data in the booking form.
- Storage period: The data will be kept for as long as required by law.
- Purpose: To have your CV available to participate in our recruitment processes.
- Legitimation: The User’s consent by sending us their personal information and CV for our recruitment processes.
- Storage period: During the ongoing recruitment processes and for up to 2 years for future processes.
- Purpose: Sending our commercial newsletter and informative and advertising communications about our products or services that may be of interest to you, including by electronic means.
- Legitimation: The User’s consent by subscribing to our commercial mailings and/or newsletters.
- Storage period: Until the interested party withdraws their consent and requests to unsubscribe from the service.
Obligation to provide us with your personal data and consequences of failing to do so
The personal data requested is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide you with the services you may contract. Therefore, if you do not provide it to us, we will not be able to assist you properly or provide you with the service you have requested.
Recipients of personal data

Personal data of minors
In compliance with the provisions of Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, only persons over 14 years of age may give their consent for the lawful processing of their personal data by www.curasol.de. If the User is a minor under 14 years of age, the consent of their parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorised it.
