Reception
Reception is not always open. In the event you cannot wait, call the emergency number on the reception door.
Laundry
On the first floor, opposite the lifts, is a laundry offering washing and drying services. Tokens are available at reception. Please use only liquid detergent, not powder.
Swimming pool
The pool opening hours vary according to the season (winter/summer). Please consult the information board. Lilos or air matresses are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi. Children under 15 years old are not allowed to use the jacuzzi. We don’t have a children’s pool. Please towel dry when leaving the pool area.
Parasols and lilos (air matresses)
Sun loungers are available free of charge at the pool. You can also rent sunbeds with towel or parasols at reception. Please avoid using cushions from the apartment sofas on the balconies and terraces.

There is a built-in safe in the bedroom wardrobe. If you wish to use it you can rent a PIN at reception.

Cleaning service
We offer cleaning service five days a week and towel change three days a week. Bed linen is changed every seven days. Please note that we do not wash the dishes as part of our cleaning service.
Car rental
Book your rental car with us. Delivery and return at the hotel for your convenience.

There is a taxi rank in front of the shopping centre. Radio taxi: 928 154 777.
We can also arrange a taxi for you at reception.
